On November 7, the Third School of GRB Trainers for civil servants ended. During the training students consolidated their knowledge and skills in planning and conducting trainings on gender responsive budgeting for participants of the budget process.
Graduates of the School have mastered the GRB methodology, improved presentation and communication skills. All participants successfully passed the final test and received a certificate of completion.
School graduates will be able to conduct trainings and other activities to spread knowledge about GRB among budget process participants and other stakeholders, and in future this will contribute to ensuring the sustainability of gender responsive budgeting in Ukraine as a whole.
The Project has high hopes for future of GRB trainers, because they will act as “advocates” on gender equality and gender responsive budgeting in the field.
